I reserved a car and paid that in RBC reward and half an hour before pick up, the third party called me and told me we don't have any car. I called RBC reward 5 times each 1 hour and nobody picked the phone. After several tries in 2 days finally, someone picked the phone and told me I should write an email. After one month they returned my email and told me we will refund you in 14 days. No customer service at all. I had many experiences with another card and this was the first and the last time I use RBC.
