Very poor customer service

I have had a very unfair and bad experience with them. Once I found the unknown charges in my account, I could not talk to the right person or a supervisor even after being stocked for 85 minutes on the phone. This has happened too many 4 times in a row and they don’t care at all.
Funny thing is that in the beginning, they advised me not to pay the balance and first check the unknown amounts with the vendor. It took me more than two months and still waiting for the vendor but Walmart Mastercard is charging the interest on a monthly basis telling me openly that we don’t care.
Every time they tell me that our supervisor will call you in 24-48 hours but they never do. I know they love to charge me with daily interest.
I am going to close my account with them and advise whoever I know to be careful with them.
Thank God everything is being recorded and they can’t hide it.

Bad customer communication, bad service

Used the card for several months, and got paper statements a few times, but everything stopped for a few months, no email statements, no paper statements. Could not even log in to my account as it seemed it forgot all my personal information.
Terrible customer service, could not reach anyone for hours.
Don't sign up for this or don't use your card at all!

Terrible service

Worst experience with a credit card company. On hold for over 3 hours and hung up on 7 times. That was just today's battle. I've been trying to resolve an issue for 2 1/2 weeks now and still no luck. I can honestly say once I get through I will NOT be keeping this account anymore... do NOT recommend it as the customer service is terrible and they don't acknowledge when they make a mistake... Do your homework beforehand

The worst customer service ever!

Extremely poor customer service! They hang up on you and don’t solve your problem at all. Long waiting line with rude and no knowledgeable people. I will definitely cancel my credit card. Do not sign up for this credit ever if you value your time.

The worst customer service. I have been calling customer service to help me with my online account for several days now without success. They will tell you that you should expect a call from them but they will never call you back.

Card locked after 3 weeks

I could not pay for my already scanned items at Walmart, and it was very embarrassing because I just slipped only one card into my pocket before going there. One hour later, after listening light music for 40 minutes I found out that my card was "temporarily locked" for a reason unknown to an operator, and the only way to unlock it is to send a fax with a copy of my driver's license to confirm my identity. I used this card for three weeks, and there was no "suspicious" activity at all, just groceries. So I cancelled the card, thanks to the poor customer support and 2 hours on the phone after they failed to call me back the next day and escalate the issue (as they promised).
Surprisingly, they refuse to talk when I tell them that I am recording our conversation too, for reference purposes.

Keep saying someone will help me then drop my calls and give me a different number to call over it... I haven’t received my card in three months don’t go with them! The worst Mastercard company! I’m calling to cancel and speak to a manager!

Fraudulent use

1 Added some spending on buying Walmart insurance without my permission
2 Delay statement then no statement
3 Turned to check online and noticed have been used in online shopping with Amazon several times

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just recently found out that my credit card has been a fraud, so I called customer service for help. But I have been put on hold for more than 2 hours until someone answered my call but had to transfer me to the security department. Then another waiting until someone from the security dept answered my call. When I told him about my problem, he put me on hold right away with no reason why and then I got on hold again, only to find out I have been sent back to the regular department...

Horrible

Wish I had read the reviews prior to getting this card.
The customer service is TERRIBLE, I got hung up on just to have to call and wait all over again!
They don’t care about helping anyone.
