The Earn Institute took out money from my account without my approval. Filed a dispute and within a month got my money back. Then a few months later they(The Merchant) took the money out again.This time, Capital One wants me to write another dispute. I suggested give me a new card, they said that the merchant can still force their charges on my new card. Capital One is more interested in protecting their assets than mine.
