Worst customer service

Nobody answers the phone, trying for the last 3 days and was holding for more than 1 hour every time, you can't get any resolution from this company, never ever take this card, because no one is there to talk to you...

Horrible experience

New customers to this card. Both my husband and I have had our accounts frozen, and a large purchase denied. When you call to speak to someone, you are on hold for over 1 hr. Have had nothing, but trouble. Not recommended.

OMG... I cannot believe a company of such size can allow whoever is in charge of customer support to ruin their products and company. Wow, just wow..... this is seriously the worse customer service you will get in your life! Trying to cancel your card? Be ready for MANY calls... or over an hour... btw, I still was not able to cancel it! lol (crying/laughing)

Worst Customer Service Ever!

As I write this I am at 1 hour and 49 minutes on hold! At this point, I don't really think they are going to answer but I don't want to give up and go through this again I still have a land and I decided to call on that one as well-it is sitting at 41 minutes. I am getting extremely frustrated. I cannot imagine being away from home and calling them for help. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I thought the free point system was great but not at the cost of this wasted time. I was already through this with them on the 13th of September-ugh! I am going to spend my points in-store and end this with them.

Customer service wait time

For such a large company to have to wait over 3 hours just to request a new card is ridiculous. Do you have one person serving everyone that has the card? Maybe a wait time notification could be added to your service so people know where they stand.
Totally unacceptable.

They don't care for customer

I have a high credit PC Elite Master card with a $14000 limit. I hardly ever missed any payments. Once I missed the payment and I got alert and immediately paid that amount. But they put my whole card on hold, I called and their representative and even the supervisor who called the next day said it's standard that you miss even 1 payment your account will go on hold. He said you should use a tool like alert etc. to which I told I am using that and I paid as soon as I got alert and still its on hold as it takes 3-4 business days. As I paid on Friday so I cannot use the card for 5 days. Never before that had happened and the total amount due being only $300 and min payment was $200. It seems he was not prepared to listen. I have other cards also if I tell them I made payment they trust the customer especially seeing your track record and nothing is held back but NOT with PC financial. So I have decided to dump this card and use other cards I have!

This card is a catastrophic nightmare!
The card has hidden limits that they don't disclose to you, so for instance the credit limit of the card may be $1000 but then it's cash advance withdrawal limit is $100 and the worst part is that they don't tell you about the fact that the cash advance withdrawal limit is different than the card's credit limit and if you accidentally max out the cash advance withdrawal limit, they will immediately freeze your card and to get it unfrozen you have to send them all sorts of documents and at the end, there is no guarantee that they will even unfreeze your card.
Their app is really glitchy, it will constantly lock you out of the account.
The customer service quality is absolute trash, and the wait time to get hold of customer service is a minimum of 2 hours.
Do yourself a favour and don't get the card.

Customer service negates rewards

Disputed a charge for a product that was supposed to be free (just paid shipping) then they turned around and billed me over $300. I disputed it with PC and they strung me along for 4 months and then turned around and said there was nothing they could do about it. Customer service is awful. No one seems to know what they are doing or at least they could not explain it to me. No other credit card I have has such poor service. I started using my other cards and put the PC card away...
