Earn 10% cash back on all purchases for the first 3 months (up to $2,000 in total purchases). Plus, no annual fee in the first year, including on supplementary cards. A welcome offer value of $350.
After moving, I noticed an error in the address of the monthly statement. I tried to change this online, have to create an online banking account, only that doesn't work: kept getting "Something's Up!" error and tried to call instead. Tried calling, but wait times (early May 2021) are over 40 minutes, meaning I can't wait. Why don't they have a call-back service as in other service industries? There is no way to email them because you have to have an online account for that. So a Catch-22 situation in trying to get in touch with them. Will have to drive to another town where there is a BMO branch to get this sorted out and I'm not sure they can do that.
I am happy with the card. Rewards are very valuable to me. I have had no negative experience with the card so far and I don't expect I will.

I love the rewards offered and the ease in which I can redeem. No negative experiences Very happy with the card and what it offets
Like to have the cash back feature which covers the annual fee for a lower interest rate but a lower rate would be even better since I don't use my card too many times.
There good but there monthly fees are a pain it's hard to make minimum payments and pay it off they need to rethink there interest rates
Earn up to 40,000 bonus Scotia Rewards points in your first year (that's up to $400 towards travel). Earn 5 Scotia Rewards points for every $1 you spend at eligible grocery stores, dining and entertainment
It was my first credit card. I keep it for the no annual fees otherwise the rewards and interest rate are industry standard.
i use this card to get air miles and try to pay it back during that month.the interest is high and i don't like this so air miles is my reason only for having this card
Bmo cash back card has cash back 1% . They give you credit every year automatically. It is easy to use.

I have had my card restricted without notice several times now when they deem there to be fraud on the account. Dealing with their staff is not easy and there are long wait times. Most recently I spent 25 mins on the phone with a foreign call centre (Aug 30th 2023, 22:05). He angered me to a high degree, especially when refusing to transfer me to a supervisor. Nothing got resolved and now I receive an automated call every hour from MC to resolve the matter, not a human calling me. They can lose my business, no big deal
