Worse insurance company

Do not get insurance from this company. Yes, they have a decent price but only because if you ever need to file a claim it will be the worst experience of your life. My car was vandalized and after months of waiting to hear back from them and back and forth emails, they would not pay as it was not ''consistent with vandalism''. This company is absolutely garbage. Don't waste your money.

They ignore you, they won't pay even when their client is 100% at fault. They should be ashamed to call themselves insurance. More like scam-surance!

Pricing issue

My family has been with this company for years and dealt with the same broker for years until the broker gave the business to her daughter. The branch we deal with and she for many years gained our trust but now that both my parent have passed, I have been having issues with this company with customer service. I get quoted the expensive quotes due to a misPMT issue from 2 years ago and am still penalized for it. They keep giving me quote from this company called PAFCO which supposedly is the only company to want to deal with me which is totally a lie. I recently purchased a car and am paying through the roof for my insurance when I shouldn't be. Not good service I find when I asked repeatedly to contact me and to find me a better rate for my car and condo insurance. Very unsatisfied

BEWARE!!!!!

I currently have an open claim with them, We are partially at fault for the accident. A week and 1/2 AFTER the accident I still have no clue what is going on. I am pretty sure from what I have been told by others (not intact...yet) and from reading on here that they will write my car off. I am so stressed out and upset as I NEED my car to get back and forth to work. I cannot afford a new one and I still owe for 3 years on this one. I THINK intact finally went and had my car towed today after sitting at the collision reporting station for over a week now to an auction place. No one is answering my emails or returning my calls. Once I FINALLY get the verdict back on my car, I am lodging a major complaint (which from the sounds of it will fall on deaf ears) and I will update with the name of the person who is suppose to be helping me, but is not. I would loose my job if I ever ignored a customer!!
I am going to loose my job anyways if/when they write my car off as I will NOT be able to get to and from work. I have children!!!

If you have a good driving record in AB, you should pay around $110/month (women - $105/month and men - $113/month). Do you overpay? Get an Alberta car insurance quote to start saving.

Not very understanding when you need a payment moved or discussed. Very quick to penalize you if you miss due dates. Should have more incentives for the customer.

Not happy with car insurance reviews for your insurance company? Get a quote across up to 20 Canadian car insurers and make sure that you do not pay too much.
