This is the first time I ever leave feedback on some services. First of all thanks to all the team of Westland for being there and supporting the clients during of COVID-19 pandemic. Secondly, special thanks to the agent at the uptown branch in Victoria who spent the time needed to check out the best price option for my renewal as I was considering putting my coverage on hold. Westland insurance at No 1 road and Steveston Hwy has been my go-to car and motorcycle insurance joint for years. Everyone that works there is awesome. Really know their job well and know everything about the business. Go there and you'll see what I mean.

The agent from the Kamloops office went well beyond good customer service. She took extra time to ensure a new drive understood the insurance policy and terms and was friendly and positive. Thank you. The only challenge was the new insurance rules the recently came in effect Due to one small accident the insurance rate for the new driver more than doubled. A rate of over $450 a month is not reasonable.

The agent at the Kelowna lakeshore location has been extremely helpful on both occasions I have been in. Instant answers to any questions, thorough explanations and a smooth renewal process.

The agent at the Lonsdale branch spent the time needed to check out the best price option for my renewal as I was considering putting my coverage on hold for an absence or taking advantage of the discount for driving under 5000 km/year. She explained all the options clearly, called ICBC to confirm last year’s odometer reading & made it all a very enjoyable experience.
