I have been with Zenith for 5 years. I have a spotless driving record and I've been driving for 45 years. I had my ABZ classification license, down to a D now.
Every year my rates go UP! Zenith's staff told me these increases are due to the AREA I live in, and the SENIOR drivers living here having so many accidents (I live in Muskoka). I have to pay higher rates to make up for their claims. This is outrageous! I received a quote from a reputable insurance company at a lower rate at a 30% reduction, and I'm cancelling Zenith.
Thank you for your efficient and prompt care. After being hit by a car as a pedestrian you protected me from mayhem and led me on a road of recovery with physiotherapy without increasing my premium. Its been very painful emotionally but you have been great !
