Awful

33/F/full license, no accidents, no parking tickets or traffic offenses: cleanest record possible.
Zenith charged me 350/month. On average in my small Canadian town, folks pay 110.
To make matters worse, you cannot contact them. I was left on hold for 3 hours past closing time.
Just awful guys. Keep searching!

I called to cancel my insurance plan

I called to cancel my insurance plan because we had found better pricing elsewhere.
I was told on the phone that I was the third person in line on the phone to speak to someone. I have been on hold for one and a half hours waiting to speak to someone. This is ridiculous! I will NEVER recommend Zenith to anyone for the simple fact that their customer service is awful! If you are reading this review, go elsewhere. It'll be worth your time and money to not be insured by this company.

Horrible and unethical organisation

I had my car insurance from them and when I changed my address they increased my monthly premium from $353 to $659, where all other insurance companies were offering around 300.
They never pick up the calls. It was evident that they want to make the max money out of the situation either by me paying the higher premium or leaving and paying a penalty. So I cancelled the policy at the half of the month and they called to tell me about the early cancellation penalty. When I asked them about the half-month premium, the employee said after the final settlement the company will send a cheque to my address. It’s been 3 months and no response.
When I contacted them through my broker (Inova through Costco) I’ve been informed that the employee was wrong and there is nothing the company owes me. It’s a ripoff. Unethical bunch of people working there. A big no from me and I’ll surely warn all my contacts about it. I am taking it up to the Ombudsman and see what happens.
