Terrible service

PSHCP Member services always a headache to have to try and reach them very frustrating the waiting time is unbelievable which makes it impossible to speak to someone on the phone and it takes 48 hours + to reply to an email message. Their website does not show accurate information for claims and 75% of times on their website you get the following error message "IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S US" as if we don't know it they always have technical issues. You have to enroll on their website to get an email with an access code to use their website services but I wasn't able access their site for months and could not reach them by telephone... just terrible.

Customer service is sub-par. You may be on the phone for an hour or more just to be redirected back to the first person you spoke with. Many other people I’ve spoken to who deal with them have the same problem. Are they really there to help us or look after themselves? I will never deal with them again.

Nightmare processing a simple claim

Every time I log in, it has my OLD employer information. I emailed the support email; no results. I then sat on the phone for over 1.5 hours trying to sort it out with customer service. It was fixed! I was then able to submit a claim! Several months later, I tried to submit a claim... I'm back to square 1. My old company info is on my page upon signing in. I have messaged again, with no results or return email.
I'll be removing myself from these group benefits as it is more of a headache to submit a simple claim. It will be their loss as I'm sure several will follow suit.
