I have called probably 15 times total now and not gotten through to ask a question. It is so frustrating trying to get things figured out and in order and then they say my claim doesn’t count because my “nurse practitioner” wrote my prescription?! I then got a doctor and now nobody will respond to my emails, calls etc… so frustrating
Canada Life assumed administration of the PSHCP on July 1, 2023 and was supposed to be seamless. Unfortunately it wasn't and when you try to contact them you hear that the phone lines are extremely busy, spend hours waiting to connect or the call is dropped.
I did finally get through, the person seemed a bit confused, but escalated my problem and assigned a case number. I never heard back, as I was told. I managed to get through to follow up, spoke to a woman who said she would schedule a call back. Never heard back.
