I called three times in one week and was on hold for 20 minutes, and 40 minutes and I'm writing this review while waiting, on hold at the 1:07 hour/ minute mark. It never occurred to them that someone might be calling about travel insurance who is outside of the country - I'm in Spain. I'm using skype. It's just horrible. No, don't go with Cooperators if you think you might have to call them about travel insurance when you're already abroad...
