can be expensive... would be nice if there were more options for auto insurance providers… insurance claims can be expensive and the assessed value of the vehicle is often less than what it should be…

There is no choice in BC. We have to deal with ICBC

Although I have never had a claim they are after all, government, which means that when I have questions I have to be put through the never ending telephone push buttons to get to the person I want or hold on forever as they never answer directly

customer service was mostly good with a few glitches a few times.Once I was most dismayed to only receive a few dollars for a ten day old car. that experience has left me feeling ripped off! the rates are mostly O.K. I can understand the rate of accidents here in B.C.

have not had a claim in many years but broker experience through Ray Wong Insurance has been absolutely excellent

They dealt with the windshield promptly

BC premiums have always been high. ICBC has been efficient and cooperative with us in resolving most claims in a timely, satisfactory manner. Claims and call centre personnel have always been polite and personable.

Had a small claim many years ago, and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently with ICBC

Too expensive, glad I am out of the region that has to use this insurer.
