Over a 3-year period, I had 2 rock chips filled and one windshield replacement on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have now been told they are cancelling my collision & comprehensive on my vehicle! Beware!!!! If you use your coverage you will be cancelled. We are moving ALL our policies.
Had filed a windshield claim two years ago. Was emailed an estimate that was stated under Comprehensive. I just found out they cancelled that claim and gave a new claim number stating it was a collision and I am at fault. I would not have filed it if I knew they would have done this. I was not notified despite what they said. I am trying to get this off my record. I will be changing companies. Horrible service.
