What a joke!.....Worst service ever....Best advise I can give people, call other insurance companies....guaranteed the rates will be competitive, and service will be a lot better. These huge call centers make it impossible. (If I could put NO STAR rating I would)
My husband has been with these guys for many years... we ended up finding a better rate and someone we could talk to in person. We called to cancel and asked if there is anything else we need to pay. She answered no. I now have a 1.73.53 cent bill and 2 bounced payment fees. Happy I got my husband out of this place! They will be getting it thrown right back.
