In regards to value for the money, they offer more competitive premium pricing then other quotes I've received in the past. Although this is likely because I receive a "corporate" discount through my credit union.
No problems having a vehicle fixed at our choice. Insurance adjuster could have come when promised. Settlement is prompt.

When claim submitted, they did everything possible to make it more difficult for me with a car claim
Policy adjustments made quickly and without hassle. Get documentation to car dealer quickly when changing vehicle. Have their own list of body shops so choice is limited (but not unsatisfactory).
