Policy adjustments made quickly and without hassle. Get documentation to car dealer quickly when changing vehicle. Have their own list of body shops so choice is limited (but not unsatisfactory).

claim was handled effectively
In regards to value for the money, they offer more competitive premium pricing then other quotes I've received in the past. Although this is likely because I receive a "corporate" discount through my credit union.
No problems having a vehicle fixed at our choice. Insurance adjuster could have come when promised. Settlement is prompt.

I switched to thePersonal in July of 2011. The gave me way more features than my previous insurer and charged me 600 less per year.
When claim submitted, they did everything possible to make it more difficult for me with a car claim
In 2012 we had 1 stolen vehicle and 1 house fire with la personnelle. Total claims : 50000$
They resolved the claim fast and we had the value we deserved without having to fight for the money.
The inspector was here the next day of the call.
