I just wanted to leave a little note to commend the service I received from Alka S. from the Scottsdale Centre Branch in Delta Bc. She was a pleasure to deal with! So personable and a joy. She managed to make a mundane task I had to fulfill a pleasurable enjoyable experience! She should be commended. It was a simple transaction of renewing my RV insurance but I also needed some changes and this was done so in such a positive happy manner, it was a pleasure to be on the call!

Nicole M by far was the best ICBC customer service agent I’ve ever dealt with, she was full of knowledge and gave me the best experience and really was very helpful, she definitely is a huge asset to the company.

Karrah F from the New West 6 Location is the best! She makes it easy for me to renew my car insurance every year. She is always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She keeps me informed of any changes and looks for ways to save me money.

Last year while renewing my policy, I mentioned that I was passing on a car to my granddaughter for her 16th birthday. Catherine, at Westland in Oliver, said just a second, checked something out and informed me that if my daughter added her name as a driver, then my granddaughter's insurance would cost quite a bit less. Took the car to Victoria and passed on the information to my daughter. My daughter asked about this at her insurance agency and was told that yes it was true. Two results, my granddaughter saved money on her insurance and by telling all her friends who were at that age, gained a lot of statuses. That is why I use Westland, they actually treat you as if they'd like you back. One more result, a young lady in Victoria believes her grandfather is pretty smart for an old guy.

I had a wonderful interaction with Gabriel today. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt at ease. I was met at the door by Angelica and was directed to Gabby right away. Gabby was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Very easy to deal with. I will continue to go to Westland Insurance Kitimat for all my Insurance needs!
