Last year while renewing my policy, I mentioned that I was passing on a car to my granddaughter for her 16th birthday. Catherine, at Westland in Oliver, said just a second, checked something out and informed me that if my daughter added her name as a driver, then my granddaughter's insurance would cost quite a bit less. Took the car to Victoria and passed on the information to my daughter. My daughter asked about this at her insurance agency and was told that yes it was true. Two results, my granddaughter saved money on her insurance and by telling all her friends who were at that age, gained a lot of statuses. That is why I use Westland, they actually treat you as if they'd like you back. One more result, a young lady in Victoria believes her grandfather is pretty smart for an old guy.

I had a wonderful interaction with Gabriel today. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt at ease. I was met at the door by Angelica and was directed to Gabby right away. Gabby was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Very easy to deal with. I will continue to go to Westland Insurance Kitimat for all my Insurance needs!

I just would like to share what an amazing experience I had with the agent today out of the Duncan Cowichan Commons office. She assisted my husband and was so kind and patient with him. She was so pleasant to deal with and we both loved her energy. It's not every day your treated like a brand new client and greeted with warm smiles. It certainly is worth providing a well-earned compliment for Westland Insurance! During these trying times, while COVID-19 is upon all of us, the team at Westland Insurance located at the Hillside location in Kamloops really worked hard to meet my insurance needs. In addition to the newly established (COVID-19) procedures, to make matters worse, my cell phone was not working properly. However, they did not let frustration get the better of them; they both maintained a very patient, polite, and professional demeanour. It is easy to say thank you very much for your assistance, well done!
