Went to the Brookswood location of Westland insurance to reinsure multiple vehicles. Very impressed with the service and knowledge of our agent Harman. He is very positive and patient. He was able to educate us on the best value. He was awesome and saved us a substantial amount per month on multiple insured vehicles. I highly recommend the staff at this location.

Hello, I'm writing you tonight to express my awesome experience at the Westland insurance store (4074-200th Street Langley (Brookswood) Branch. I had the pleasure to purchase my insurance today through Insurance Advisor Emily. I must say Emily was very welcoming on my arrival, I could tell by just the way she explained my insurance plan to me it came across as well dedicated and professional and easy to understand. I hope that other co-workers across the system will adopt her leadership, it was refreshing to see her so happy at work.

The agents at the Uptown location in Victoria were great to deal with. They helped me understand the flawed online ICBC premium estimator which showed it was $125 less and also helped me work through getting a good premium for my private insurance during a time where my previous broker was closed due to Covid-19. Great customer service!

I just would like to share what an amazing experience I had with the agent today out of the Duncan Cowichan Commons office. She assisted my husband and was so kind and patient with him. She was so pleasant to deal with and we both loved her energy. It's not every day your treated like a brand new client and greeted with warm smiles. It certainly is worth providing a well-earned compliment for Westland Insurance! During these trying times, while COVID-19 is upon all of us, the team at Westland Insurance located at the Hillside location in Kamloops really worked hard to meet my insurance needs. In addition to the newly established (COVID-19) procedures, to make matters worse, my cell phone was not working properly. However, they did not let frustration get the better of them; they both maintained a very patient, polite, and professional demeanour. On Jan 28th we walked in our Westland Insurance to insure our car. A very kind lady welcomed us over to her desk. She went over our policy asking questions along the way.
