During these trying times, while COVID-19 is upon all of us, the team at Westland Insurance located at the Hillside location in Kamloops really worked hard to meet my insurance needs. In addition to the newly established (COVID-19) procedures, to make matters worse, my cell phone was not working properly. However, they did not let frustration get the better of them; they both maintained a very patient, polite, and professional demeanour.
