I visited Westland Ins in Westbank and had the pleasure of having Taleah Tomlin provide me with a quote and insurance on a new vehicle -I will say I was ready to put in for hours as attaining insurance in BC is time-consuming in comparison to Alberta she was extremely efficient and professional answered any questions just overall helpful.
I also seen her previously as I sold a vehicle and accompanied the buyer to Westland and the agent was Taleah she provides provided the exact same service and with a smile and was happy to help out.
I recommend Taleah if you want to get in/out with no hassles and great insurance!

I bought a utility vehicle in Edmonton and needed travel insurance well being transported, my insurance place there is no such thing. My dealership in Alberta sent me the proper form and I went Westland in Mission BC. Right away the staff was unsure but all worked it out as a team. I had the pleasure to purchase my insurance today through Insurance Advisor Emily. I must say Emily was very welcoming on my arrival, I could tell by just the way she explained my insurance plan to me it came across as well dedicated and professional and easy to understand. I hope that other co-workers across the system will adopt her leadership, it was refreshing to see her so happy at work.

On Jan 28th we walked in our Westland Insurance to insure our car. A very kind lady welcomed us over to her desk. She went over our policy asking questions along the way. Asking if we would like more coverage and explaining our options. Before we knew it we were done. Fast and efficient. Thank you so much!
