We use Westland insurance for home and car insurance, the previous contact was a woman named Marlene and when we asked if we could add another car she would ask I didn't give a proper answer and didn't even give an official estimate, and suddenly asked for an additional $500. I just received an email saying that I don't know because the person in charge has changed and that I should ask my successor about this matter.
The successor, a man named John, only said that the policy had changed, so it was the request. "Even if I asked him to contact the manager, he ignored me."
If it costs me $500 to insure an additional car, I would have taken out another insurance company without hesitation.
Isn't it illegal for you to charge me $500 later without answering my initial request for a quote or other questions?
Marlene and John are the people in charge are very unfriendly and irresponsible people.
