I just wanted to leave a little note to commend the service I received from Alka S. from the Scottsdale Centre Branch in Delta Bc. She was a pleasure to deal with! So personable and a joy. She managed to make a mundane task I had to fulfill a pleasurable enjoyable experience! She should be commended. It was a simple transaction of renewing my RV insurance but I also needed some changes and this was done so in such a positive happy manner, it was a pleasure to be on the call!

I was helped by Harman S, and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, and knew his stuff regarding insurance quite well. Great customer service and great experience.
