I went to Westland Insurance at 1286 -56th Street in Tsawwassen on September 21st to renew my auto insurance for the coming year. Laura who did the paperwork went out of her way to check my mileage (this was not easy on my car) and resultingly I received a discount on my monthly payments. I would like to commend her and another agent whose name I did not get for their willingness to help me.

I visited Westland Ins in Westbank and had the pleasure of having Taleah Tomlin provide me with a quote and insurance on a new vehicle -I will say I was ready to put in for hours as attaining insurance in BC is time-consuming in comparison to Alberta she was extremely efficient and professional answered any questions just overall helpful.
I also seen her previously as I sold a vehicle and accompanied the buyer to Westland and the agent was Taleah she provides provided the exact same service and with a smile and was happy to help out.
I recommend Taleah if you want to get in/out with no hassles and great insurance!

I have been dealing with Marlene J. of the Uptown branch of Westland. She is always professional, kind and knowledgeable. My renewals are done quickly and she always gives excellent recommendations for insurance coverage. Wherever Marlene is working is where I am getting my insurance done at.

I just wanted to leave a little note to commend the service I received from Alka S. from the Scottsdale Centre Branch in Delta Bc. She was a pleasure to deal with! So personable and a joy. She managed to make a mundane task I had to fulfill a pleasurable enjoyable experience! She should be commended. It was a simple transaction of renewing my RV insurance but I also needed some changes and this was done so in such a positive happy manner, it was a pleasure to be on the call!
