I bought a utility vehicle in Edmonton and needed travel insurance well being transported, my insurance place there is no such thing. My dealership in Alberta sent me the proper form and I went Westland in Mission BC. Right away the staff was unsure but all worked it out as a team. I just would like to share what an amazing experience I had with the agent today out of the Duncan Cowichan Commons office. She assisted my husband and was so kind and patient with him. She was so pleasant to deal with and we both loved her energy. It's not every day your treated like a brand new client and greeted with warm smiles. It certainly is worth providing a well-earned compliment for Westland Insurance! During these trying times, while COVID-19 is upon all of us, the team at Westland Insurance located at the Hillside location in Kamloops really worked hard to meet my insurance needs. In addition to the newly established (COVID-19) procedures, to make matters worse, my cell phone was not working properly. However, they did not let frustration get the better of them; they both maintained a very patient, polite, and professional demeanour.
