This is the first time I ever leave feedback on some services. First of all thanks to all the team of Westland for being there and supporting the clients during of COVID-19 pandemic. Secondly, special thanks to the agent at the uptown branch in Victoria who spent the time needed to check out the best price option for my renewal as I was considering putting my coverage on hold. He explained the options clearly and helped me to pick the best one and he made it all a very enjoyable experience. Thank you for your patience and your smooth assistance.

Westland insurance at No 1 road and Steveston Hwy has been my go-to car and motorcycle insurance joint for years. Everyone that works there is awesome. Really know their job well and know everything about the business. Go there and you'll see what I mean.

On Jan 28th we walked in our Westland Insurance to insure our car. A very kind lady welcomed us over to her desk. She went over our policy asking questions along the way. Asking if we would like more coverage and explaining our options. Before we knew it we were done. Fast and efficient. Thank you so much!

The agent from the Kamloops office went well beyond good customer service. She took extra time to ensure a new drive understood the insurance policy and terms and was friendly and positive. Thank you. The only challenge was the new insurance rules the recently came in effect Due to one small accident the insurance rate for the new driver more than doubled. A rate of over $450 a month is not reasonable.

The agent at the Kelowna lakeshore location has been extremely helpful on both occasions I have been in. Instant answers to any questions, thorough explanations and a smooth renewal process.

The agent at the Lonsdale branch spent the time needed to check out the best price option for my renewal as I was considering putting my coverage on hold for an absence or taking advantage of the discount for driving under 5000 km/year. She explained all the options clearly, called ICBC to confirm last year’s odometer reading & made it all a very enjoyable experience.

The representative at Westland Insurance in Sechelt helped us with a vehicle transfer and related ICBC insurance. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful double-checking for any possible premium reductions and ensuring we had the correct coverages.

Last week, my employer tasked me to obtain all the required plates and insurance/registration for a newly purchased Nissan pickup truck that we were to get from the dealership. As Westland has our fleet insurance portfolio, I went to the branch where I was met by an agent. I explained that my wife deals with all our insurance needs and that I was "in the dark" and a bit under the gun ( needing this for the next morning ). The agent and his team made this process as smooth as possible in a very timely manner with smiles all around. Made me look like a rock star and my employer asked that I pass on their gratitude for the very prompt excellent service. Thanks again!
