It certainly is worth providing a well-earned compliment for Westland Insurance! During these trying times, while COVID-19 is upon all of us, the team at Westland Insurance located at the Hillside location in Kamloops really worked hard to meet my insurance needs. In addition to the newly established (COVID-19) procedures, to make matters worse, my cell phone was not working properly. However, they did not let frustration get the better of them; they both maintained a very patient, polite, and professional demeanour. It is easy to say thank you very much for your assistance, well done!

Westland insurance at No 1 road and Steveston Hwy has been my go-to car and motorcycle insurance joint for years. Everyone that works there is awesome. Really know their job well and know everything about the business. Go there and you'll see what I mean.

The agent from the Kamloops office went well beyond good customer service. She took extra time to ensure a new drive understood the insurance policy and terms and was friendly and positive. Thank you. The only challenge was the new insurance rules the recently came in effect Due to one small accident the insurance rate for the new driver more than doubled. A rate of over $450 a month is not reasonable.
