Try to put in a claim, they want you to do all the work, and then give you the run around. They Just do NOT want to pay. They make you feel like a third class citizen, can't get any satisfaction, always talking to an answering machine. The person who supposed to help - I don't know what he does - tries to get you angry. What kind of organization is this company?
if you get hurt they will do everything they can not to pay you
i wish i had never bought this insurance stall after stall after stall
asses after asses but never never see a penny
they worked on my car and got it back with broken headlight still banging in front and leaking rad (they put in a used one)
if you get hurt hopefully you do not have to rely on these people
