Won't fix sunroof

I'm a class 2 driver! NEVER filed a claim. My sunroof blew out while on the road! First they said it was covered, then they said it wasn't. I argued with them about it because I have a 3x2 foot hole in the roof of my vehicle. Then they said it was covered again. Booked an appointment to get it fixed. Show up at the glass repair shop and they had emailed (did not bother to call me) the glass shop to say it wasn't covered until they received photos showing the damage. Because if it was a rock, then it's not covered. How the hell are they going to know if it was a rock? I have no sunroof left!!!

Claims process is easy

I was in a minor collision and found the claims process very easy to navigate. After speaking to the adjuster assigned to my claim, within 24 hours my preferred body shop and a car rental company contacted me to arrange the next steps. Good experience so far!

pay them but get nothing back

if you get hurt they will do everything they can not to pay you
i wish i had never bought this insurance stall after stall after stall
asses after asses but never never see a penny
they worked on my car and got it back with broken headlight still banging in front and leaking rad (they put in a used one)
if you get hurt hopefully you do not have to rely on these people
you will lose your house .. and they do not care
