Painful waiting on phone

by Gregory Howard on Apr 12, 2021
2.5 out of 5 stars

30 min on phone and still waiting to add a third vehicle to policy. Tried doing online and says I don’t have a policy with TD? Like 7 yrs. Said to call another number 😮 No I can’t start over to probably find out I can’t do it online. Shouldn’t be this difficult to change your policy.
If you value your time find a different insurance company.

Customer Service?

by Meg on Mar 22, 2021

Does anyone at TD even look at their reviews? On hold for 2 hours and never did get through. I need to adjust my auto insurance and am unable to speak to an agent. Also, change the TERRIBLE "music" that you have on. No wonder everyone is agitated waiting and listening to that!

Good Company - bad pricing

by Harvey on May 31, 2016
2.5 out of 5 stars

I have been with TD for almost 2 years. Never made any claims and now they are increasing my premium for no reason. No tickets anything. Upon talking to Customer Service, they told me, sir, we can't lower down than $2600, even with Sheridan College alumi discount. I now have insurance with Cheaftain insurance close to $2040.
