We’ve been collecting scene points for the past 2 years and when we are finally able to take a trip, we have not been able to redeem our points. It’s been over a month and they have not applied the points to our flights booked I’ve called multiple times and keep getting the runaround. If you want free movies probably a good program otherwise stay away from scene plus. Worst customer service ever.
My card accumulates points for rewards that I quite like. I haven't had any issues with customer service and am looking forward to redeeming points.
