RBC Signature Rewards VISA Consumer Reviews

Booked a return flight Halifax NS to Edinburgh, UK. AVION rewards price was $1500 more than if I booked directly with the airline. The value of our points just happened to be $1500. Was this a coincidence? Any attempt to communicate with AVION regarding being overcharged was frustrating and useless. Do not use RBC visa rewards as your points are worthless.

This is the worst customer service ever, we have been trying for over a month to get an answer on some travel reward points, that were supposed to be refunded.
Wait times are horrible, now on the phone for 3+ hours, keep getting told a different story depending on who you talk to and been told it is RBC policy to follow up the things agreed on in the conversation via email
I am in the process of look for a different points card from anyone but RBC
