Love the fact that the rewards don't expire. Interest rates could be more competitive. I am waiting to see if my card will reimburse me for an insurance claim so can't comment on that yet.
The application process was pretty easy and fast to complete. The yearly fee is ok and the merchandise/gift cards I get with the points I accumulate on my card are good. I've never had a bad experience with credit card fraud since getting this card.

This is the worst customer service ever, we have been trying for over a month to get an answer on some travel reward points, that were supposed to be refunded.
Wait times are horrible, now on the phone for 3+ hours, keep getting told a different story depending on who you talk to and been told it is RBC policy to follow up the things agreed on in the conversation via email
I am in the process of look for a different points card from anyone but RBC
It is a pretty generic cars that is easy to use but not too easy ro build up rewards points. If a find a better card I will definitely switch soon.
