I am very happy with the low interest rate I have on the card and with customer service levels I received from capital one
It has a low interest rate and no fees which is what I wanted in a card. I have no interest in other things which just end up costing more in fees and this provides that for me.
I tried calling then at least 10 times but I was always put on hold. After 15 - 20 minutes of hold you are automatically transferred to an answering machine. I have left so many messages but no one has contacted me. Been trying to contact them for over a month now.
