Had credit to use up due to Covid 19 & trying to use it before it expires. Was on hold for 2 hours to book. Once booked I waited for the email confirmation but haven't received it 12 hours later. The other person I"m travelling with got it in 15 minutes. I have emailed (as per online instructions) three times. I was now on hold again waiting to get through to obtain the confirmation & 1 1/4 hours into the call I got disconnected. Back on hold again now and so far it's been over an hour again. So over 5 hours so far to try and get this credit booking sorted out.
I put everything on my Aventura card - food, groceries, big purchases and also my trips. Happy so far.

i getr a much higer cash back with this card than any other. i also enjoy the travel insurance that is included with this card
Useless service. The phone number gets you nowhere and after many trials, I stop trying.
