Good overall value for the card
I rarely need customer service, but when I do, the wait is totally unacceptable. 40-60 minutes is ridiculous. For the amount, I pay for this card you would think that the customer service would be top notch. Financial institutions such as BMO are out of control and need to be reined in. Customers not only get taken on interest rates, but they are also ignored. BMO has the worst customer service of all the services I use. I will be changing.
