We had the first of our three flight trip to Asia cancelled. I phoned Scene as we had booked through them. I was told that we had to book our flight for the next day as we were flying business class and no seats were available on an earlier flight. I was told no economy seats were available. He said no refund as I was offered an option - a rather stupid one as we had two other much longer flights booked, hotels, and a cruise. I asked him to cancel the first flight segment and to confirm the other two. He did neither and kept telling me that I had been offered an option. What a stupid and so useless response.
The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I will close my Visa card and American Express card due to the tribble service that I received. I've tried to talk to the manager to solve the issue, but he pretended he is not able to hear my voice.
They do not care about their customers.

Worst ever. It is made out to sound like such a good travel visa. You only get 1 point per dollar spent, and you need 100 points to receive $1 towards flights and hotel. Plus, you can find much better deals for these just searching Google, booking, trivago, etc. You’re really only getting about $0.75 per $100 spent. And customer service is useless. If I try to book anything, I get logged out and can’t log back in. I called in and spent an hour on the phone and got nothing. They said their manager would call me tomorrow, but never did. This happened twice.
Get something else.
