They actually cant do what you say, they only do the opposite of that, i have never seen such terrible service. I will not get into the details because there are too many, trust me avoid this.
In a foreign country, encountered an emergency situation and had to cancel my flight. Been on a roaming call and both time have to wait over 90 minutes with no success. This is unacceptable when there is no alternative but to CALL.
