The new card was said to be mailed to me but I never got it, it took weeks for them to issue another, when it came it had errors and I could not use it. I work internationally, they were unwilling to rush the third card as I was about to go overseas.
The manager I spoke with was very condescending and unhelpful. In fact, he offended me. Previously I had a World Elite Mastercard not working while in South America, they kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the card. Put me in a very dangerous situation. I had to beg for a new card.
You can't count on their support when you need it.
