The credit cards perks match my needs. I haven't used all of them yet. but the travel insurance and rental car insurance are most valuable to me
we got the card with our mortgage the cashback and interest rate are great we use this card for almost all of our purchases

The new card was said to be mailed to me but I never got it, it took weeks for them to issue another, when it came it had errors and I could not use it. I work internationally, they were unwilling to rush the third card as I was about to go overseas.
The manager I spoke with was very condescending and unhelpful. In fact, he offended me. Previously I had a World Elite Mastercard not working while in South America, they kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the card. Put me in a very dangerous situation. I had to beg for a new card.
You can't count on their support when you need it.
