Quite happy with this card, nothing too special...
It has been the worst of all my credit cards. They are very hard to contact over the phone although they are friendly when you finally do get them. My credit card statements were returned to them for some reason and instead of contacting me they just made a 30-day late report on my credit score. Because of this, they cut back my credit limit without telling me and I had to find out the hard way. A little more communication would go a long way. Now to wait 7 years for that 30-day late payment to go off my credit score. :( Thanks a lot!! There are much better cards out there. I have had my Royal Bank Visa and BMO Mastercard for many years and never had an issue.
