I am stranded in England my flight has been cancelled.

I am stranded at Heathrow Airport my flight has been cancelled. I have been on the phone since 11 this morning at present on hold and had to charge my phone once already. RBC travel rewards have just told me that American airlines will do nothing to help. RBC travel rewards can book a flight from Heathrow to Chicago / Chicago to Orlando leaving Heathrow at 12:15 on the 22 arriving at Orlando at 8:56 (there is a five-hour time difference) all for the cost of $480.43. I am on a business phone on hold for hours. What would I do if this was a third-world country or if this was my aged parents or my young daughter stranded at Heathrow airport? Do you think RBC rewards would pay for my hotel room?? Please beware of RBC travel rewards I feel my blood pressure climbing by the minute. Still on hold.

I had this card a while ago - it had one of the most extensive insurance offers. Since I travel a lot that was important to me and saved me a few dollars in travel medical insurance costs.
