Application process is smooth. Had to call once as they kept raising the limit without my permission. Will be switching cards to something that doesn’t limit my travel booking options soon though
I have the rewards to accumulate points to be able to fly to Australia to visit my family for either holidays or an emergency
I received this card for travel... and actually had to use it once for delays. Minimum payout but was fairly satisfied with service. My issue is with their website and access to information regarding my account. Take into the note you EITHER have to get paper statements with no online access or the opposite. All my other cards I have both. To log on to the website was extremely frustrating. Wouldn't accept my card number so they gave me a pseudo card number to use... worked once. Had to change my password numerous times. Right now I have been sitting on hold for 2hours and 24 mins... I am NOT hanging up because it took forever just to get a line. Don't waste your time!
