I sent a claim 9 weeks ago. No communication whatsoever as if when I am going to get reimbursed for my travel cancellation.
It is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone there. Almost two hours on hold to get a phone call through. They have not answered any e-mails.
In other words. It is a hassle. For the $600 TD charged annually for that credit card, anyone would expect better service.
