A good card with some valuable benefits.
We use the aeroplan card because we like the points option. This card had a number of card holder benifits that we use when traveling. It has a competitive interest rate and perks for air Canada.

I sent a claim 9 weeks ago. No communication whatsoever as if when I am going to get reimbursed for my travel cancellation.
It is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone there. Almost two hours on hold to get a phone call through. They have not answered any e-mails.
In other words. It is a hassle. For the $600 TD charged annually for that credit card, anyone would expect better service.
annual fee is high but they offer many benefits with the card which we appreciate
