I try to change my PIN on my new CIBC MasterCard but failed mane time on the phone (2-3 hours each). I give up after a month of trying. Now I try to cancel my card but have to go thru customer wait x2 (the first agent can't do it, waited for 4h) and get hung up by the second agent after 3 hours wait and only 2 minutes in cancel process to get hang up. I’m still trying now... I will give a bad review where I can till my card gets cancelled.
