Worst Bank Ever and # 1 and the top of the world in providing the worst customer service. Scotia Bank should start valuing their customers and train their customer service agents on how to deal with clients. Scotia customer service agents are very cheap and argue with customers for a few penny interest charges and throw terms and conditions when you ask an explanation for surprise interest charges. Please, do not bank with Scotia, if you do you'll regret it!
