This is UNRELIABLE! I phoned them informing them that I’ll be using it in the US. But still, I couldn’t use it! And they blocked it! SO USELESS! I will just give you so much hassle. I phoned again to unblock it, the guy keep saying it’s not blocked! But I still couldn’t use it!!!
If I could give customer service a zero I would. WORST customer service ever. No one could turn my card back on. No one could tell me why it was placed on hold. No one called me to tell me my card had been put on hold, I found out trying to pay for something. I kept transferring me to different departments. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours.

Servus has switched management companies of their Servus Mastercard. In my estimation, they have gone from a 5-star rating in customer service to one star or less. Look elsewhere for a credit card company!
credit card was issued at the time of applying. 19% interest is the same with all credit card companies. insurance is provided by mastercard.
I am in the UK and my card has not worked since April - creating a landslide of problems for me. Reaching them is near impossible and on my dime since the auto system hangs up on you. I have been given countless theories as to why my card won't work - all of which have been nonsense. It is now mid-July, and I am still trying to get this resolved - every time I use my card it gets blocked.
I am a single woman travelling, with unreliable bank/service can end up in dangerous situation because of the inapt bank. It is serious. Go elsewhere!
