I use to love the service provided by Scotia Rewards but since Scotiabank felt that profits mattered more than their clients and the laid off a lot of people the service has become some of the worse out there.
I have had to wait up to an hour only to have my call cut off or rude and dismissive representatives dealing with my issue, and they expect me to pay for this.
It is time to rethink all of my banking at Scotiabank
The Scotia Gold Passport Visa card provides good value and good benefits. I like the car rental insurance feature when I travel.

I have tried many other credit card with other bank and I would like to say that this is the best one
In the last few years I had to phone more than 15 companies with which I have business eight times because Scotiabank say that my card had been compromised. This takes a lot of my time and everytime I manage to forget someone who then has to write me because the bill they sent was rejected... an embarrassment that I don't need specially when I know that there has been no compromising. Scotia is just too sensitive. None of my friends with other banks have been harassed as I have been... none have had their card compromised. I am very angry.
